Joseph has held various positions in small to midsize businesses including Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, Treasurer, and Corporate Officer. He has been part owner of an equipment rental company, truck rental and leasing company, and a real estate holding company. Joseph is a certified and accredited business appraiser with Hyde Valuations, Inc. He has performed and assisted with appraisals for such matters as minority shareholder disputes, transfer of business ownership interests, economic damages, lost profits, estate taxes, and IRC 409A compliance. He is a life member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and is a member of the institute's accreditation board. Joseph earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah and a Bachelor degree in Business Management - International Business from Utah Valley University.
