Dr. Mac is a personal and professional coach, author, consultant and professional speaker. For over four decades, Dr. Mac has helped business owners of all types and sizes of organizations assess and strengthen their people, processes and policies. He specializes in facilitating training programs, and personally coaching business owners and their staff members in the "how to" for strengthening their organization development, leadership and managerial skills. Mac helps his clients master and apply the "how to" skills and strategies for: (1) Hiring and retaining only the top 10 % producing people of high character and competence; (2) Deploying people effectively and maximizing their personal motivation; (3) Facilitating performance diagnosis and improvement; (4) Building high integrity management and work teams; (5) Facilitating mutual accountability and coaching processes; and (6) Helping clients integrate his Intentional Business Integrity Organization Development Process into their operations. Mac’s clients have included manufacturing and high tech companies; accounting, banking and insurance enterprises; medical and health care organizations; service and retail oriented businesses; and educational, governmental and non profit organizations. He and his life-long wife and love Barbara live in Newport Beach, California. They enjoy being close to their married children and grandchildren. Mac also enjoys sailing, skiing and trout fishing as often as his schedule allows
