Why Plan Meals When The Pizza Man Delivers?

There is nothing more time consuming or tedious than rifling through recipes, trying to find the simple kind everyone will actual eat, with ingredients that don’t bust your budget at the grocery store. Oh, and there is that dreaded task… the shopping! Most of us end up at the grocery store multiple times every week, often on the way home from work or soccer practice, inevitably starving and clueless of what to buy. And anyway, why go to all the trouble when there is a McDonald’s down the street?

The real deal is that meal planning is painful, but without a plan for tackling the challenge dinner presents every night and managing the grocery bill each week… you will remain constantly frustrated and stress out by the seemingly simple task of feeding your family. You absolutely cannot win without a plan. A weekly plan for dinner menus and shopping gives you a handle on the constant question, “What’s for dinner?” Meal planning minimizes grocery shopping and makes it possible to stick to a grocery budget. Having your recipes lined up for the week with the necessary ingredients already in the refrigerator and pantry sets you free! It is like having a mental maid.

But the most compelling reason to plan your weekly meals is the ‘intentionality’ toward your loved ones. Dinner at home gets crowded out and placed last on the priority list, and is an easily by-passed essential for your family life. But, generally speaking, dinner is the one time of day where you can connect with your family. Your daily efforts to nourish your children, nurture them as well. It is that regular, decompressed dinner hour face-to-face with the ones you love that provides the natural setting for conveying your heart and values and to them.

If you are wishing for a solution to the logistics of dinner at home on a regular basis, take a look at E-MEALZ and see how simplified the whole process can be. E-Mealz is for seasoned and “newbie” cooks, large families and couples, and the budget or diet conscious alike. E-Mealz is a simple tool created to assist you with the whole planning part of weekly dinner menus with easy and delicious recipes, based on the sales at your grocery store or on your specific diet. The dinner plans are written by busy moms, who each have their own busy families and picky eaters to feed every night. Each week’s meal plan is laid out in a simple format with a corresponding aisle-by-aisle grocery list that you can print off the computer on your way out the door. You can even take the kids!

E-Mealz is an inexpensive service for all the time you save, purposely priced to be a negligible grocery expense. $1.25 per week can save a family hundreds of dollars every month, which makes E-Mealz a very small investment with huge returns! The meals themselves are priced to total approx. $75 per week for seven family dinners (and delicious at that!) with plans for couples at about half that cost. E-Mealz is an amazing resource for anyone who is budget-minded, busy, has a family, hates to grocery shop, and needs a mental maid. Who needs the pizza man anyway?
